This Privacy Notice explains how the healthcare provider’s office (“the Company”) handles personal information when we place outbound live-agent marketing calls.

Information We Collect
We only collect the information needed to place and complete our calls and to honor your preferences, such as your telephone number and basic call details (for example, date and time, call duration, agent notes necessary to communicate with you, and whether you asked not to be called again)

We do not use prerecorded messages, and we do not use an auto-dialer.

How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:

  • Place and complete live-agent marketing calls
  • Maintain and honor opt-out and internal do-not-call requests
  • Improve call quality and compliance
  • Respond to your requests, including requests for a copy or link to this policy

How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing or advertising purposes. We may disclose information as necessary to:

  • Service providers that support our calling operations under confidentiality obligations
  • Comply with law, regulation, or valid legal process [if applicable]
  • Protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and that of our customers or the public [if applicable]

Your Choices (Opt-Out and Do-Not-Call)

  • You can ask us not to call you again at any time during a call. Tell the agent you wish to be placed on our internal Do-Not-Call list, and we will honor your request.
  • You may also submit an opt-out request at any time by contacting us using the methods below. Please provide the phone number(s) you want added to our internal Do-Not-Call list.
  • We aim to process opt-out requests promptly and within a reasonable time.

Data Retention
We retain call records and related information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including honoring Do-Not-Call requests, meeting legal or compliancerequirements, resolving disputes, and enforcing our policies. We then delete or de-identify the information.

Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we handle during our telemarketing activities. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Minors
We do not place marketing calls to consumers under 18 years of age. Our telemarketing is not directed to minors, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a consumer under 18, we will delete it and add the associated telephone number to our internal Do-Not-Call list.

Changes to This Notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The “Effective Date” above shows when it last changed. Material changes will apply prospectively
